These Terms of Service govern your use of www.lustrelle.store and any purchase you make from Lustrelle. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Lustrelle, a single-member limited liability company registered in the United States. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Lustrelle. Where they say "you", they mean the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and packaging may be updated from time to time. Our products are personal-care and grooming tools intended for cosmetic use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always read the instructions supplied with the product, and speak to a healthcare professional before use if you have diabetes, reduced sensation in your feet, poor circulation, an infection, or any broken skin.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at the top of the site and may be converted at checkout by your payment provider. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, if we cannot verify your payment or address, or if we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

6. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping we may not be able to change it.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Warranty

Our electrical tools are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, water damage where the product is not rated for it, unauthorised repairs, or consumable parts such as replacement heads. To claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy its content for commercial use, or to submit false information. We may suspend access if you do.

10. Intellectual property

The Lustrelle name, logo, site design, text, images and other content are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

11. Customer submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You confirm the material is yours to share and is not unlawful or offensive. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

12. Third-party links and services

The site uses third-party services for payments, analytics and marketing, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided without warranties of any kind beyond those stated here and those that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of a product.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of California have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

18. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
